Day with Iva is designed for already members who are in a 3 months Breathwork program. It will include a whole day with Iva, where you will be provided with a 90 min Massage of your choice, 2h Breathwork Session + Coaching, 1h Exercise in the Gym and a home made meal by Iva.

About Founder

Hi I'm Iva, a very curious, explorative soul full of love and desire, on a path of expanding my knowledge every step of the way.

My ever known interest in mind, body and spirit took me to medical school and on a path of personal development, spirituality, psychology and ongoing path of healing with alternative modalities.

It effected me in all my areas of life so much so that I decided to tech both perspectives, medical and spiritual(reality) in one through Breathwork and Massage. Working and helping people was always my biggest desire, all the self healing work I’ve done until now (duo to being bullied since i was little all the way into my teenage years about my looks and later on sexuality etc.), it shows up in my work with clients, in their lives and people around them,  which makes me more than happy to see their growth.
